The ambition of ATP Long Term Danish Capital is to generate high returns, growth and Danish jobs by contributing to the long-term development of multiple competitive advantages in the Danish economy.

At ATP Long Term Danish Capital, we wish to contribute to the creation of tomorrow’s global Danish companies by investing in long-term partnerships where our capital can help scale and grow the current market position of these companies.

We are flexible in our investment approach, but always invest in unique and ambitious companies and with a goal of being a long-term co-owner. We are dedicated to establish close partnerships and enhance synergies that will impact and contribute to the positive development of globally competitive Danish companies.

Where do we invest?

We invest larger minority stakes in private Danish companies within three categories: Growth, SME/Large Cap and strategic investments.

Common for all categories is a strict focus on creating long-lasting value in companies, that have a competent and ambitious management team, that offers strong and unique products or services and operate in an attractive, growing market.

We invest with like-minded shareholders who share our vision of long-term partnerships. This means that most of our investments share the characteristics of the investment themes shown next to this text.

What are we looking for?

In general, we invest according to the investment criteria below.

However, we understand that every company is unique, and we are open to evaluate all situations that represent an attractive partnership. This means that if a company seeks a majority sale, we can look into the option of bringing together a consortium of like-minded investors to resolve the specific ownership situation.

Where have our investments been made?

Ferrosan Medical Devices

Ferrosan Medical Devices delivers medical technology and devices to operating rooms all over the world. Since 1947, the company has produced haemostatic products to prevent and control internal bleedings in operating procedures. Today, the company is also producing hand-held biopsy equipment used to diagnose breast cancer. A FMD product is being used every three seconds.

Veo Technologies

Veo produces video hardware and software for recording, streaming and analyzing sport matches. The cameras are primarily used in football, but is also being used in several other sports.. Veo is used by athletes, clubs and associations around the world, ranging from the large professional organisations to the local tournaments and clubs.
