ATP Invests in XCI

ATP investerer i XCI

ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital and the founders and owners of XCI have entered into an agreement for ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital to acquire 30% of the existing shares in XCI.

Founded in 2017, XCI is a fast-growing technology company dedicated to delivering best-in-class Lawful Interception and Communication Intelligence solutions. Headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark, with a branch office in Saarbrücken, Germany, XCI employs around 100 people.

ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital is delighted to join XCI as a shareholder, and this investment aligns well with ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital’s long-term strategy and vision. Partnering with XCI provides an opportunity to deliver attractive returns for ATP’s members, support innovative Danish companies, and foster high-tech job creation in Denmark.

XCI provides police authorities and intelligence organizations with market-leading software products powered by AI and machine learning. The company’s solutions empower the authorities and agencies to stay ahead of today’s security threats with the help of efficient decoding software, enabling them to analyze the rapidly growing volumes of data hidden behind increasing protocol complexity. With an increasingly complex threat landscape and ongoing geopolitical uncertainty, demand for XCI's data intelligence solutions is expected to continue to grow significantly in the years ahead.

XCI has a track record of strong and profitable growth, and ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital is confident in the company’s ability to continue on this path in the coming years. ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital will support XCI’s management team in scaling the company internationally.

In alignment with all parties involved, the specific details of the transaction will remain private.

The investment in XCI marks ATP Langsigtet Dansk Kapital’s fourth investment, following Veo Technologies, Ferrosan Medical Devices, and Terma.
