Platform Architect for the development of a state-of-the-art cloud native platform

In Digital Solutions, the division of ATP responsible for IT, data and digitalisation, we are at the forefront of driving Denmark’s digital transformation. We not only develop and test innovative solutions but also guide ATP’s technological strategy, setting new benchmarks for digitalisation within the public sector. 

We are currently looking for a Platform Architect to join our Cloud & Network team, where we are responsible for establishing and operating ATP’s cloud services, which span both public and private cloud. 

As our new colleague, you will take a leading role in the NCAP project – a highly ambitious initiative to design, implement and operate a state-of-the-art cloud native platform that will play a pivotal role in ATP’s digital future. 

More specifically, you will: 

  • lead the establishment and operation of an ambitious and cutting-edge cloud native platform, with public and private cloud integrations
  • serve as Tech Led, providing guidance to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation developers
  • help define guidelines for platform governance and development standards. 

Can you design and document platform architecture from A-Z?
There are multiple paths to becoming a Platform Architect at ATP, but we imagine you have a relevant master’s degree in information technology, computer science or a similar field. You have significant hands-on experience with platform architecture and the ability to document the architecture lifecycle—from the conceptual stages to completion.

You should also have experience with:

  • Network Architecture
  • Identity Governance Management (IGFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architecture
  • Secure-by-Design guidelines and standards
  • SoC and DevSecOps frameworks
  • new operating model guidelines and standards
  • DevOps setups
  • AKS, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Python and other technologies. 

On a personal level, you are independent and manage to cooperate with colleagues from across the organisation and with external partners. Your approach to platform architecture is methodical and structured, ensuring a continuous focus on future opportunities and on finding the right solutions for ATP.

The Cloud & Network team is part of the Operations unit in Digital Solutions. Here, we are responsible for providing a solid foundation for all digital development across the organisation. We drive change through technology, translating complex information into practical insights for colleagues and end-users.
